Kelly Services, Inc., a leading global specialty talent solutions provider, completed its acquisition of Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC (MRP) from Littlejohn & Co., LLC on June 3, 2024.

The acquisition, valued at $425 million with an additional earnout potential of up to $60 million, is the largest in Kelly's history. It enhances Kelly's capabilities in technology, telecommunications, and government staffing solutions across North America, as well as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions globally.

MRP will continue to operate through its existing brands, including Motion Recruitment, Sevenstep, Motion Telco, and TG Federal, thereby expanding Kelly's market presence in these sectors.
