On January 7, 2025, Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L Infrastructure) announced that it acquired a majority stake in two Ontario wind projects, Armow Wind (180 MW) and Grand Renewable Wind (149 MW), from Pattern Energy Group LP. The projects, with a combined capacity of 329 MW, operated under 20-year Power Purchase Agreements with the Independent Electricity System Operator. Pattern Energy retained a minority stake and continued managing the assets.

CIBC Capital Markets and Torys LLP advised CC&L Infrastructure, while BMO Capital Markets and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP advised Pattern Energy. Transaction value was not disclosed.
