SandboxAQ acquires Good Chemistry to enhance AI simulation platform

On January 9, 2024, SandboxAQ announced its acquisition of Good Chemistry, a computational chemistry company specializing in AI and quantum technologies for drug discovery and materials design. The integration added Good Chemistry’s QEMIST Cloud and Tangelo platforms to SandboxAQ’s portfolio, bolstering its AI simulation capabilities. Founder Arman Zaribafiyan joined SandboxAQ as Head of Product for AI Simulation Platforms. Transaction value was not disclosed.
