Flutter Entertainment, the world's leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, agreed to acquire Snaitech, one of Italy's leading omni-channel operators, from a subsidiary of Playtech plc, in a deal valued at approximately $3.45 billion (€2.3 billion).

The deal is expected to close by 2nd quarter of 2025.
