MNP, one of Canada's largest national professional services firms, expanded its presence in Southwestern Ontario by merging with Baker Tilly’s Sarnia practice, effective November 1, 2023.

As part of the deal, Scott Dawson and Giovanni Spadafora, joined MNP's existing Sarnia office as partners, accompanied by five additional team members.

The merged firm continues to offer a comprehensive range of professional services, including accounting and tax services, to clients throughout the Sarnia area.

This merger is part of MNP's broader strategy to invest in Southwestern Ontario, a region noted for its robust manufacturing sector, fertile agricultural lands, and proximity to the U.S. border.
