Cisco Systems, Inc. announced on June 21, 2023, that it had signed an agreement to acquire Accedian Networks Inc. from Bridge Growth Partners, LLC. Accedian, a leader in network and application performance monitoring, underwent significant growth under Bridge Growth's ownership, including expanding globally and entering the cybersecurity market.

The deal closed on September 29, 2023, after meeting regulatory and customary closing conditions.
