On October 16, 2024, Two Circles, a global data-driven sports and entertainment business, announced its agreement to acquire KORE, a leading intelligence platform specializing in data and sponsorship management. The acquisition was completed on October 31, 2024.

KORE, founded in 2002, serves over 850 clients globally, assisting in optimizing partnerships and enhancing fan engagement. Since 2018, Serent Capital has supported KORE's growth through strategic guidance and four acquisitions, broadening its product offerings and international reach.

William Blair acted as financial advisor for Serent Capital and KORE. Latham & Watkins LLP provided legal counsel to Two Circles, with McCarthy Tétrault LLP serving as Canadian counsel. The transaction value was not disclosed.
