Partners Group, a global private markets firm, announced its agreement to acquire a majority stake in Sunsure Energy, an Indian renewable energy and decarbonization solutions platform. The firm plans to invest up to $400 million to transform Sunsure into a next-generation independent power producer, aiming for over 3 GW of operational capacity.
