On March 21, 2023, Berkeley Lights, Inc., a life sciences tools company, completed its acquisition of IsoPlexis Corporation, a firm specializing in cellular proteomics. The merger led to the formation of PhenomeX, a company dedicated to advancing functional cell biology.
