Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., a Canadian convenience store operator, completed the acquisition of 112 company-operated fuel and convenience retail sites from MAPCO Express Inc. as well as surplus property and a logistics fleet. Most of the real estate is also owned.

The sites are located primarily in Tennessee and Alabama, with additional locations in Kentucky and Georgia.

The transaction was financed using Couche-Tard's available cash and its U.S. Commercial Paper Program.
