TMX Group Limited (“TMX”) completed its previously announced acquisition of Wall Street Horizon, Inc. (“WSH”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Wall Street Horizon provides institutional traders and investors with the most accurate and comprehensive forward-looking corporate event data.
