On November 5, 2024, Innovere Medical Inc. was granted Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) protection by the Ontario Superior Court, with Ernst & Young Inc. appointed as Monitor. On November 15, 2024, the Court approved an amended order and a sale and investment solicitation process (SISP). The SISP, managed by the Monitor, invites bids for Innovere’s business or assets, with binding offers due by December 16, 2024.
