Corrpro Canada, Inc., a leading Canadian provider of cathodic corrosion protection services, acquired substantially all of the oil, gas, and energy assets of PureHM Inc. 

As part of the transaction, Corrpro has also acquired a global exclusive license to certain intellectual properties related to the acquired assets to be applied within the oil, gas and energy pipeline inspection business.
