Denarius Metals Corp., an Ontario-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and eventual operation of polymetallic mining projects in high-grade districts, has completed the acquisition of Europa Metals Iberia S.L. (EMI), securing a 100 percent interest in the Toral Zinc-Lead-Silver Project located in the León Province of Northern Spain.

This transaction was finalized on November 12, 2024, with Denarius issuing 7,000,000 common shares to Europa Metals Ltd.
