Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. announced the acquisition of Core Avionics & Industrial, Inc. (CoreAVI).

CoreAVI is the leading provider of development tools, software libraries, and deployable software packages that enable safety-critical graphics processing unit (GPU)-based computing, including certified graphics rendering, autonomy, and AI applications.

Womble Bond & Dickinson LLP and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP served as legal advisors and Lincoln International LLC served as financial advisor to Lynx.
