Coregistics, a portfolio company of Red Arts Capital, announced the acquisition of Belvika Trade & Packaging, a leading food and beverage contract packaging provider, on November 14, 2024. The deal makes Coregistics the largest pure-play contract packaging company in North America with $350 million in revenue and over 3 million square feet of operations.

The acquisition was financed through Red Arts Capital Opportunity Fund I, with co-investments from LPs, family offices, and strategic investors. Debt financing was provided by Brightwood Capital Advisors, Prudential Capital Partners, and Main Street Capital Corporation. Legal advisors for Red Arts Capital were Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, LLP, while Houlihan Lokey acted as the financial advisor to Belvika.

The integration enhances Coregistics’ capabilities, offering expanded packaging solutions and sustainable innovations to customers.
