Rise Baking Company, a leading bakery manufacturer, announced its acquisition of Table Talk Pies, Inc., a family-owned pie producer based in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The integration of Table Talk Pies brings the total number of Rise Baking's manufacturing facilities to 20 across the United States and Canada, employing approximately 3,700 individuals.

The financial terms of the acquisition have not been publicly disclosed.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to Olympus Partners, the private equity firm owning Rise Baking Company.

Fasken advised TT Canada Holdings, the private equity firm that served as the acquisition vehicle for Rise Baking Company.
