On January 10, 2024, JAM Accounting Group LLP acquired the assets of John H.C. Pinsent Professional Corporation, a chartered accounting firm based in Alberta.

Fasken advised JAM Accounting in its formation as a limited liability partnership under the Partnership Act (Alberta) and in completing the asset acquisition with a team comprised of Brad Schneider and Samuel Kalmakoff (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Andrew Burt and David Kim (Banking).
