On March 12, 2024, WSP Global Inc. one of the largest professional service firms in the world, successfully completed the acquisition of Communica Public Affairs Inc. through its Canadian subsidiary, WSP Canada Inc.

Communica Public Affairs Inc. is a leading Canadian firm specializing in Indigenous and stakeholder engagement and information management.

The financial terms of the acquisition have not been publicly disclosed.
