On July 8, 2024, Command Alkon, a leading software and solutions provider for the heavy building materials industry, acquired Marcotte Systems Limited (Marcotte Systems), a technology leader providing best-in-class software solutions for producing and delivering concrete.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

A Fasken team composed of Carl Bélanger, Caitlin Rose, Kristian Zimmerman, Quentin Lageix, Nathalie-Anne Béliveau, Jean-Philippe Mikus, Terry Kyle Lapierre, Nicolas Sayour, Dalia Tullio and William Deneault-Rouillard represented Marcotte Systems in this transaction.
