On September 1, 2024, GLS Group completed the previously announced sale of its US freight divisions - GLS US Freight Inc. and GLS US Business Solutions Inc. - to DC Logistics LLC, a company recognized for its Less-than-Truckload (LTL) trucking and warehousing solutions.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been publicly disclosed.
