Amcor Rigid Packaging has agreed to sell its 50 percent stake in Bericap North America (BCNA) to its joint venture partner, Germany-based Bericap, for $122 million.

Headquartered in Ontario, BCNA operates additional facilities in the United States and Mexico, contributing to its extensive manufacturing and distribution network.

The deal is expected to close by December 31, 2024.
