Modaxo Inc., a global technology organization focused on moving the world's people, acquired ExPretio Technologies Inc., a leading provider of revenue management and customer intelligence solutions for rail and bus operators. Prior to this acquisition, ExPretio was owned by the Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français (SNCF) through its subsidiary, Rail Solutions SAS.

The financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

ExPretio maintains its brand and autonomy, with Carlos Triana continuing to lead the business alongside the current leadership team.
