Duck Creek Technologies, a leading provider of intelligent solutions for the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, acquired Risk Control Technologies Inc. (RCT), a Toronto-based company specializing in risk management and loss control solutions.

This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Duck Creek's SaaS suite by integrating RCT's RiskHub platform, thereby improving underwriting accuracy, optimizing claims processes, and reducing overall risk exposure for insurance carriers.

The financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
