On September 30, 2024, Sesami Cash Management Technologies Corporation, a global cash ecosystem integrator and financial technology company operating as an independent entity of GardaWorld, acquired the Consillion Group. This acquisition extends Sesami's footprint across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, strengthening its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. By integrating Consillion’s intellectual property, Sesami aims to advance its next generation of automated banking solutions. Langlois served as legal advisor to Sesami, while Addisons advised Consillion on the sale. The transaction value was not disclosed.
