Exo Imaging, Inc. has purchased all outstanding shares of Medo DX PTE. Ltd., an artificial intelligence and machine learning company based in Singapore and Alberta that operates in the medical imaging sector in North America.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Exo Imaging was represented by Bird & Bird ATMD as its Singapore counsel.
