Bertram Capital Partners, through its portfolio company AFC Industries, completed its acquisition of Fastbolt Corp., a provider of services including supply chain management, kitting and assembly, sourcing and risk mitigation for fasteners and other parts.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

McMillan acted as Canadian counsel to AFC Industries with a team that was led by Brett Stewart and included Catherine Burrogano, Andrew Stirling, Nicholas Yanakis and Mireille Germain.
