Sansei Technologies has agreed to acquire 70 percent of Laird Holdings, the holding company of FORREC, a Toronto-based entertainment design company.

Sansei Technologies is a leading Japanese manufacturer focused on the planning and designing, manufacturing and maintenance of amusement rides, stage equipment, elevators and other specifically designed equipment.

McMillan and Simmon & Simmons is serving as legal counsel to Sansei, with BDA Partners as the exclusive financial advisor.
