On February 8, 2024, Trillium Health Partners reached financial close in respect of the Trillium Health Partners Broader Redevelopment ? Queensway Health Centre Project (“THPQ Project”), with a contract value of $599 million.

Awarded to EllisDon Corporation through a Build-Finance model, the project shifts construction risks to the private sector, aiming to enhance cost efficiency and scheduling reliability.

Site preparation began in early 2024, with expected project completion in 2029.
