On September 24, 2024, Ironbridge Equity Partners completed the sale of Alumni Educational Solutions, an Ontario-based manufacturer of educational furniture for pre-school, K-12, and higher education classrooms across North America, to an equity consortium led by Castle Harlan.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Alumni is the first exit from Ironbridge’s third private equity fund, Ironbridge Equity Partners III, LP, a fully committed $238 million fund.

Davies acted as legal counsel and KPMG LLP acted as financial due diligence and tax advisor.
