On October 11, 2024, Bit Digital, Inc., a sustainable platform for digital assets and artificial intelligence ("AI") infrastructure, completed its acquisition of Enovum Data Centers, an owner, operator, and developer of high-performance computing ("HPC") datacenters, in a deal valued at approximately $62.8 million (US$ 46 million).

This acquisition includes Enovum’s fully operational 4 MW Tier-3 data center in Montreal, Canada. The deal was structured as a debt-free transaction with a combination of cash and equity. Notably, key members of Enovum's senior management team received rollover shares and new employment agreements to continue in their roles, supporting a seamless integration into Bit Digital’s operations.
