On January 26, 2023, Nav Technologies Inc., a fintech company, acquired Nuula, formerly known as BFS Capital.

The Nuula technology, which addresses data and integration challenges and provides an engaging mobile experience for small business owners, will be integrated into Nav’s mobile offering.
