On March 22, 2023, Dream Industrial REIT completed a private placement of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 5.383 percent Senior Unsecured Debentures. The debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
