Photonis Group acquires Telops

On April 11, 2023, Photonis, provider of highly differentiated technology for industrial markets, announced that it agreed to acquire Telops, a Quebec-based infrared imaging company that manufactures high-performance hyperspectral imaging systems and infrared cameras for research labs and international customers.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
