Norda Stelo Inc., a Quebec-based independent engineering consulting firm, has acquired CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA), a Vancouver-based engineering powerhouse. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

CDPQ is also participating in the transaction to merge Norda Stelo and CWA with a loan of $12 million.
