On October 5, 2023, Properly, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage, announced that it has been acquired by Pine, a real estate technology company.

Through this acquisition, the companies will be better positioned to offer more services in the Canadian real estate market. This announcement follows a separate transaction between Properly and US-based Compass, which was announced in September 2023.
