On October 3, 2024, Audensiel has expanded its North American footprint with the acquisition of the digital factory, cybersecurity, DevOps, and data activities of Montreal-based Maltem Canada. Maltem Canada, a recognized leader in digital transformation, is known for supporting clients with customized service centers and premium training services. This acquisition, which marks Audensiel’s first in North America, comes a year after the company opened its Montreal office, bringing together nearly 100 specialists under the Audensiel Canada banner.

Audensiel’s growth strategy, supported by Sagard MidCap and Capza, has led to significant international expansion, with operations in Spain, Mexico, Belgium, and Luxembourg. With 1,800 employees and $290 million CAD in revenue, Audensiel aims to enhance its expertise in areas such as data/AI, digital factory, cloud, and cybersecurity.
