The acquisition integrates SkyHive’s AI-driven labor market data and skills intelligence, enabling Cornerstone to offer predictive labor market insights, automated job architecture management, and rapid skill proficiency detection. This move is expected to help organizations close workforce readiness gaps by building agile, skills-based workforces.

SkyHive, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, provided real-time insights into global workforce trends, enabling organizations to anticipate future skill requirements. Cornerstone, which operates in Canada, aligned its vision for agile workforces with SkyHive’s mission to educate and reskill workers globally. The transaction is expected to enhance Cornerstone’s recently launched Cornerstone Galaxy by streamlining organizations' transition to skills-based operations in Canada and beyond.
