Riverside acquires Cloudpermit to drive growth in government tech sector

On September 5, 2024, The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, acquired Cloudpermit Group Oy, a leading SaaS provider for community development software. Cloudpermit serves local governments across the U.S., Canada, and Finland, offering cloud-based solutions for building permitting, inspections, and zoning.
