On May 15, 2024, Bromont, montagne d’expériences (BME), one of the largest illuminated ski areas in North America, announced construction work on the ALPINN hotel complex commenced, following the adoption of the resolution at the municipal council meeting on April 2, 2024.

Construction of the hotel begins as scheduled, at the end of the 2023-24 ski season. Located in the main parking lot of Versant du Village, this large-scale accommodation project includes 134 units.

To ensure its success, BME has partnered with two experienced hospitality entities: the Daca Group and URGO Hotels & Resorts.

The Daca Group is a builder, developer, and manager of hotel and residential projects, including condominiums and rental apartments. Their numerous achievements include the Marriott Springhill Suites in Old Montreal, the Renaissance (Marriott) hotel in Montreal, and the Hilton – Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in downtown Montreal.

Urgo Hotels & Resorts is a developer, owner, and manager of hotels. Their North American portfolio includes nearly 250 hotels, and they are present in several ski resorts such as Mont-Tremblant, Mont Saint-Anne, Breckenridge, Big Sky, and Whiteface.

The project, which has generated significant interest among mountain visitors, will open under one of Marriott International’s extended-stay brands.
