DataCore Mail Management Ltd. acquired a majority stake in Mail-O-Matic Services Limited, a leading direct mail marketing company based in Vancouver, BC, from Sea Stack Holdings Ltd., and Red Rocket Holdings Ltd.

Both Mail-O-Matic and DataCore are Canada Post Smartmail Expert Partners, and leaders in the Canadian direct mail industry. 

Enrico Guld, CEO of DataCore, will oversee both companies, guiding the overall business to growth.
