On September 6, 2022, UK-based Technetix Group Ltd., a market leading technology company enhancing broadband cable network performance worldwide, completed the acquisition of Lindsay Broadband Inc., an Ontario-based provider of technologically advanced end-to-end solutions for RF, optical, powering, and business connectivity.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Torys acted as counsel to Lindsay Broadband with a team that included Konata Lake, Mohammed Muraj, Parker Baglole and Sebastian Gorlewski (corporate/M&A), Tom Stevenson (employment), Ed Fan (IP) and Craig Maurice (tax).
