On November 2, 2022, Quad-C Management ("Quad-C") completed the sale of its investment in S.i. Systems, one of Canada's largest IT staffing companies, to Cornell Capital and Torquest Partners. Although the transaction value was not disclosed, the deal marks the culmination of Quad-C's four-year partnership with S.i. Systems, during which the company achieved significant milestones, including double-digit organic growth and expansion into the U.S. market with new offices in Chicago and Houston.

S.i. Systems, headquartered in Calgary with additional offices across major Canadian cities, leverages its proprietary MatchGuide™ technology to provide on-demand access to skilled IT talent. Under Quad-C's ownership, the company also completed five strategic acquisitions, enhancing its service capabilities and geographic reach.
