On August 16, 2024, Armada Credit Group Inc. completed the acquisition of certain key assets of Axis Equipment Finance Inc., including, but not limited tom key personnel, customer relationships and the assumptions of Axis’s position with strategic business partners.

Juno Financial acted as financial and strategic advisor to Armada on the acquisition.
