ABC Technologies Holdings Inc., an Ontario-based manufacturer and supplier of custom, highly engineered technical plastics and lightweight innovations to the global automotive industry, has completed the previously announced acquisition of dlhBOWLES, Inc. from MPE Partners for cash consideration of approximately US$255 million.

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP served as Canadian and US legal counsel to ABC Technologies, with Evercore as sole financial advisor. 

Bennett Jones LLP and BakerHostetler LLP served as Canadian and US legal counsel to MPE Partners, with R.W. Baird as the financial advisor.
