On May 28, 2024, Arcline, a growth-oriented private equity firm, completed the sale of its portfolio company, Voltyx, to Asplundh. Voltyx, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, is a leader in electric infrastructure services, including design, engineering, testing, commissioning, repair, and maintenance. The company has over 1,200 employees across 35 locations and serves 1,500 customers in sectors such as utilities, renewable energy, data centers, and commercial and industrial markets. Voltyx also has operations in Canada, supporting the clean energy transition, grid modernization, and broader electrification efforts in the region.

Mark Day, CEO of Voltyx, highlighted the company’s growth under Arcline's partnership, while Asplundh’s CEO, Matt Asplundh, welcomed Voltyx into their family of companies, noting the synergy between their services.
