Civica Group, a UK-based public software leader, has acquired Canadian healthcare technology provider Momentum Healthware. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Momentum Healthware, which will become Civica Canada, will complement and enhance the Civica Group’s growing software offering for health and care organizations, notably its electronic patient record software.

Together with UK based Stephenson Harwood LLP, Wildeboer Dellelce acted for Civica Group with a team that included Troy Pocaluyko, Peter Hill and Kassidy Doherty (M&A and corporate) and Katy Pitch and Marija Tasevska (Tax).
