On October 3, 2022, Gincor Industries Inc., an industry leader known for its quality workmanship and technical innovation in the area of custom manufacturing of vocational vehicles, completed the acquisition of Drivetec Manufacturing Ltd. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Drivetec brings expertise in service of hydraulics, drivelines, suspension systems, vehicle alterations as well as distribution of key components to the truck and trailer industry.
