On August 1, 2024, PureFacts Financial Solutions ("PureFacts"), a leading SaaS provider of revenue management solutions for the investment industry, completed a majority investment from GrowthCurve Capital ("GrowthCurve"). PureFacts' founder and CEO, Robert Madej, along with the company's employees, retained their interests.

Founded in 1997, PureFacts offers the PureRevenue Platform, enabling scalable revenue management for top wealth, asset management, and asset servicing firms. The platform provides tools for calculating, collecting, distributing, and optimizing revenues, utilizing a comprehensive fees engine, incentive compensation application, and business intelligence solutions.

CEO Robert Madej expressed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing GrowthCurve's understanding of PureFacts' clients, people, products, and vision. This investment will support PureFacts' growth by advancing product development, market expansion, and the integration of AI and analytics.

Scotiabank acted as the exclusive financial advisor and Goodmans LLP served as legal advisor to PureFacts. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. acted as financial advisor, with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as legal advisors to GrowthCurve. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
