On July 19, 2024, DCM Group Inc. ("DCM") announced the acquisition of DH Aerospace Holding Inc., operating as Koss Aerospace and Brampton Processing. Established in 1975 and based in Ontario, Koss Aerospace specializes in manufacturing aerospace structural components, while Brampton Processing offers metal processing services including plating, anodizing, and painting. The acquisition allows DCM to expand its product offerings and integrate surface treatment processes across its manufacturing needs.

Jean-Charles Raillat, CEO of DCM, emphasized the strategic benefits of the acquisition, positioning DCM as a significant aerospace manufacturer in Canada. Alexander Cajic of DH Aerospace expressed enthusiasm for joining DCM, highlighting the enhanced ability to serve customers and support employees.

Thrust Capital Partners, along with Investissement Québec and Desjardins Capital, supported the acquisition, marking DCM’s first expansion beyond Quebec. Milad Jawabra, Partner at Thrust Capital Partners, affirmed their commitment to helping DCM become a global leader in the aerospace supply chain.
